Photos should be non-cropped, full frame JPEG files (.jpg) in landscape (wide) format.  They should be a minimum of  1200(wide) X 800(tall) pixels, but do not need to be larger than 1800 X 1200 pixels.  You may include portrait (tall) photos, however these will only be used in the photo gallery, not in the main slideshow.  

We may further process the images to optimize size, color, contrast and brightness.  We will do complimentary basic image optimization, but if extensive processing is required, a fee of $40 per hour will be charged.  If you wish, you can include more than one image of each setting (perhaps the same room or area from different angles) and we will choose the best photo.  Photos should be named using street address and word or phrase describing the room or area (example - 123MainStlivingroom.jpg).
